Welcome to Canvas, beautiful! I'm Brandi Churchill, a born and raised Mississippi girl, now proudly serving our Hattiesburg, MS community.

 

As a mom of 3 (and a bonus son!), I know how important it is to feel special, pampered, and beautiful in a relaxing, calm, welcoming environment. I've designed Canvas so that you when you leave, you'll feel uplifted, relaxed, and more confident than when you came in.

 

I've been a stylist for over 10 years and have never been more in love with my clients or this industry. I specialize in color services, specifically blondes, and I take a lot of pride in the fact that I travel several times per year for education on color formulation and technique.

 

While most stylists make a great first impression and provide a solid hair care plan, I see my role as your stylist a bit differently. I work with each and every guest to create a long-term hair care plan to ensure their cut, color, and style always looks fresh and healthy. I'll be checking on you throughout the year to see if any new issues have come up that we can work through together.

 

When I'm not in the salon, I'm often acting as chauffeur or cheerleader to my children. However, my favorite place to be is at the lake or the beach or by some body of water with my family. I spend a lot of time outside in the Mississippi sun, so I know all the tips to keep your hair healthy and color fresh through saltwater, sand, and even humidity!

 

I'm secretly a major book nerd, so you'll often find copies of what I've read in our reception area as part of our own little free library so feel free to take a copy of a book that looks interesting or share with me what you're reading now! I also love to cook and love a good red wine, so I'm known to get really excited when I find a new recipe or good bottle!
